Powerback Rehabilitation in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. The role involves teaching new skills, behavior modification, and documenting services with accurate billing and EMR updates.

The position includes a paid 40-hour training program, potential for additional hours, and a strong path for growth through mentorship, CEUs, and visa sponsorship options.

Formación

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsabilidades

• Works 1:1 with a child performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation supports services.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with the Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned client(s).
• Complies with BACB ethics related to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
