Children Making Strides is seeking an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician in Rockland, MA. You will deliver ABA services to children with autism aged 2-9 in home, daycare, and clinic settings, preparing progress reports for senior professionals and supporting skill development.

The role emphasizes play-based, child-led learning, and ongoing training under BCBA supervision. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred, with a sign-on bonus offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field or experience with ABA and/or young children.
• Strong empathy, patience, and creativity when supporting children with autism.
• Ability to communicate progress and collaborate with families and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at home, daycare, or clinic and draft progress reports.
• Help children build communication and socialization skills.
• Collaborate with team to achieve positive outcomes for families.
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities.
• Maintain a supportive, caring environment during sessions.
• Support safety and supervision during all sessions.
