Children Making Strides in Rockland, MA is hiring an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services for children aged 2-9 in home, daycare and clinic settings. You will design engaging learning activities and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

The role emphasizes child-led, play-based therapy with supervision from BCBAs. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required; a related degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field; ABA experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a registered vehicle, and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
