The role emphasizes play-based, child-led learning, and ongoing training under BCBA supervision. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred, with a sign-on bonus offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field or experience with ABA and/or young children.
• Strong empathy, patience, and creativity when supporting children with autism.
• Ability to communicate progress and collaborate with families and senior staff.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.

• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
