Job summary

CrystalCare ABA seeks an ABA Therapist to implement personalized therapy plans and provide high-quality support to clients. You will work closely with BCBAs to deliver interventions that enhance skills and independence in both home and clinical settings.

Your role involves data collection, collaboration with BCBAs, and providing compassionate feedback to families to foster a positive therapeutic environment. A strong foundation in ABA and experience with autism are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment (if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs to develop skills and reduce behaviors.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home or clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress for assessments.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust plans based on progress.
• Provide feedback to families to support therapy at home.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current.
• Maintain ethical standards and professionalism in therapy.
