Job summary

CrystalCare ABA is seeking an ABA Therapist to implement personalized therapy plans and support clients in home and clinical settings. You will collaborate with BCBAs and the team to deliver evidence-based interventions that foster skill development and independence.

Qualifications include experience with autism, strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication, and RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days. We offer competitive pay, training, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs, focusing on skill development, behavior modification, and overall growth.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in both home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior to assist in ongoing assessment and plan adjustments.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
• Provide consistent and supportive feedback to clients and their families to foster a positive and productive therapeutic environment.
• Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards in all aspects of therapy delivery.
