Job summary

myHHBS is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Therapists for part-time roles in Orange County. The position supports one-on-one ABA services across Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties, with paid training and career mentoring.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families to foster new skills. Availability 3 days a week, 3:00–8:00 PM, required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Prior experience in ABA or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on all programs and maintain records.
• Collaborate with families to support progress and provide progress updates.
• Attend clinical team meetings and trainings; work both independently and on a team.
