Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking ABA Therapists and RBTs to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, implementing BCBA-developed treatment plans and helping clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field.
• OR at least one year of experience as a: Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor, or similar child-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.

Education
