Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings in North Haledon, NJ. You will help children develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from a BCBA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, competitive pay, and eligible benefits. Reliable transportation and a strong passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends is preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families preferred.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.
