Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, in-home, school, and community settings, under supervision by a BCBA.

RBT certification is a plus but not required; we provide paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for growth while supporting families with meaningful progress and respectful, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
