Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Per diem work offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to work close to home in New Jersey, hands-on training, and supportive supervision within a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Behavior Technician - Per Diem

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. You will work closely with our team of BCBA clinicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Our approach focuses on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

• BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$38/hour
