Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings in New Jersey. You will work under the supervision of BCBA clinicians to implement treatment plans and collect data on client progress.

The role offers per diem scheduling, hands-on training, and a collaborative team environment designed to support growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or ABA therapy is preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass background checks and have reliable transportation.

Behavior Technician - Per Diem

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. You will work closely with our team of BCBA clinicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Our approach focuses on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Compensation

• BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$38/hour

Qualifications
