Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) under supervision, with an emphasis on positive behaviour change.

The role offers a flexible part-time afternoon schedule, data collection responsibilities, and opportunities for growth within the team as a Lead RBT or Full Time RBT, while ensuring clear communication with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Special Education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behaviour-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviours and decrease behaviours that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioural supervisor (BCBA).
