Job summary

Early Autism Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. No experience is required; paid training, strong support, and clear career growth are offered. As an RBT, you can move into full-time hours as caseloads grow.

Responsibilities include following BCBAs' treatment plans, data collection, helping kids in clinic, home, or community settings, and communicating with families and the team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs
• Track progress through data collection
• Support children in clinic settings (and sometimes at home or in the community)
• Communicate with families and your team
• Attend ongoing training and supervision

What You’ll Do

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids

• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community)
• Communicate with families and your team
• Attend ongoing training and supervision

This role is active and hands-on. Expect movement, play, and plenty of interaction!

What You Need

Physical Requirements
