Job summary

ivyrehab is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for its ABA program in Chesapeake, VA. The role supports documentation, billing, treatments and family-centered interventions under the supervision of a licensed BCBA.

You will help clinicians enable children to learn new skills and strengthen progress alongside a collaborative team. As part of Ivy Rehab Network, Ivy ABA emphasizes authentic care, growth and community.

Qualifications

1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

Assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques.
Communicate effectively with teammates, families and patients.
Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented work environment.
