Job summary

Ivy Rehab’s ABA team in Virginia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support BCBA under supervision, handling documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions. This is a full-time position at Grassfield and Greenbreir locations.

As part of Ivy ABA, you will help children and families learn new skills, communicate with teammates, and contribute to a caring, growth-oriented workplace that values exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
