Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA NC LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in the Liberty, NC area. You will work with families in home and community settings, guided by BCBA supervision.

You will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and support progress in communication, social, play, and daily living skills while traveling to client homes as needed. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities accompany a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB or willingness to complete certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to client homes in the Stafford area.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy based on treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children in their homes and community environments.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior reduction strategies with consistency and compassion.
• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to support client progress.
• Attend supervision meetings and participate in ongoing training.
