Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Savannah, GA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT). Starting pay is $24.60/hr for RBT and $22.25/hr for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

The role includes paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement within ABA services. We support career growth through the ABA Academy of Excellence and opportunities to work in homes, schools, clinics, and communities, under BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality; collect, organize, and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
