ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking compassionate RBTs/BTs to join a growing team delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. Starting pay is $24.60/hr for RBT and $22.25/hr for BT, with final compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
