Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) in Gainesville/Braselton, GA. The starting rates are $24.60 for RBT and $22.25 for BT per hour, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement are provided. Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics, teaching communication and daily living skills, implementing treatment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience required (internships/related roles acceptable).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and training.
