Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism and related developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes building social and communication skills and documenting progress via a mobile app.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; CPR/FA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
