Job summary

Platinum Therapeutics is actively hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with Autism and related needs in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings.

The team conducts individualized treatment plans, collects data, and supports communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skill development with supervision from BCBA clinicians. Flexible locations and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification within 60 days of hire.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA programs strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently while receiving clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy services to clients.
• Collect accurate session and behavior data.
• Support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforcement procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to promote consistency and generalization.
• Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and client confidentiality.
