Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is looking for energetic and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support to children using ABA therapy. This role allows for a flexible schedule, allowing you to work between 5 to 40 hours a week based on your availability.

As part of a collaborative team, you will assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, and support families with empathy. Qualifications include a degree in Psychology or Social Work and the potential for certifications in Registered Behavioral

Job Details

Shift: First or Second Shift (United States). Weekly Hours: 5 to 40 hours, flexible schedule to match your availability.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home support to children using ABA therapy (training provided).

Build meaningful connections and celebrate small wins every day.

Work as little as 5 hours/week or up to 40 hours/week to match your schedule.

Assess patient care needs and implement treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Continuously reassess treatment plans according to patient care needs.

Implement behavior change procedures under guidance of the Certified ABA Specialist.

Demonstrate excellent customer service, manage stressful situations, work with others, and provide support and empathy as needed to children, adults, and families.

Be responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with exceptional problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Energetic, compassionate individuals who love working with kids.
• Reliable availability for at least 3 evenings per week (4–7pm).
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCABA) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder through education or experience.
• Understanding of current therapy principles in the area of expertise.
• On‑job training or formal education in the application of ABA program principles.
• Graduate education in Psychology, Social Work, or other areas related to mental or physical health is desired but not required.

Pay Range

The equivalent base pay range for this position is $18.04 – $27.07. Your interview and offer letter will specify whether the role is hourly or salaried. Please note that this range does not include potential shift differentials, incentives, or bonuses, which may be part of the total compensation package. Final base pay will be determined based on location, experience, education, certifications, and FTE status.
