This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience working with children, including:

Flexible Scheduling
- Work as little as 5 hours per week or up to 40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Must be available at least 3 evenings per week (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
What You'll Do
- Provide in-home ABA therapy and behavioral support (training provided)
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of ABA professionals
- Track and document behavioral progress
- Apply behavior-modification techniques and interventions
- Collaborate with families and the treatment team
- Support children in developing communication, social, and life skills
Qualifications
Preferred
- Experience working with children and/or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Required Skills
- Compassion and enthusiasm for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits
Education
- Coursework or experience related to Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
- Psychology, Social Work, Education, Behavioral Health, or related studies are a plus but not required
- ABA training or experience preferred; on-the-job training available
