ABA Centers of Rhode Island in Wareham, MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in various settings and to support client progress under supervision. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (internships or related roles) desired.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; track progress and document data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
