Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island in Wareham, MA is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with compensation based on experience and education.

The company offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification through the ABA Academy of Excellence. New hires receive support to pass the BACB-required RBT exam and will work under BCBA supervision to deliver high-quality ABA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
