Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island in Providence, RI is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings. Starting pay ranges from $21.25–$23.50 per hour, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Track Progress & Maintain Quality
Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
