Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island in Wareham, MA is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT). Starting rates: BTs $21.25/hour; RBTs $23.50/hour. Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

You’ll deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, and document session data under BCBA supervision. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, including support to obtain RBT certification through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress, maintain quality, and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
