Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for a full-time position in Providence, RI. You will deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.

Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
