Healing Haven LLC in Clinton Charter Township, MI is seeking energetic individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. Comprehensive training is provided, with on-site supervision from a BCBA. Positions include full-time and part-time afternoon shifts (12:30PM-5PM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal history.
• Ability to walk, run, lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior analysis programming during 1:1 (and when appropriate 2:1) therapy sessions as directed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills.
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training.
