Healing Haven in Farmington Hills is seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Comprehensive training is provided, with on-site supervision from a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering one-on-one ABA therapy and collecting progress data.
• Strong communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living skills
• Maintain a structured therapy environment
• Build relationships with clients and families
• Document progress and collect data
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
• Maintain RBT certification and Safety-Care training
