Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior analysis programming in 1:1 or 2:1 sessions as directed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment.
• Build professional relationships with clients and families.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams.
• Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training.
