Job summary

ABA Insight, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide center-based and community ABA therapy for children, adolescents, and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This hourly position starts at $19 per hour, with Mon-Fri 8-4 shifts and a 12-hour minimum commitment.

The Center is in Ypsilanti, MI, and you will work under a Licensed Behavior Analyst guidance, receiving training and ongoing supervision to support communication, social skills, and reduction of disruptive behaviors.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma.
• Must pass a background check, Recipient Rights check, and TB test.
• Immediate completion of online training RBT modules, CPR and Fingerprinting.
• Must complete additional training after employment including but not limited to; in-services and trainings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in homes, schools, centers and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social skills, and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and report data using ABC, frequency, duration and other recording methods.
• Collaborate with family and treatment team to deliver treatment effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
