Job summary

Therapeutic Alliance LLC is a leading provider of home-based behavioral health services and seeks an ABA Technician to support children in developing essential life skills sitting within a collaborative, client-driven team. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement personalized treatment plans in clients’ homes.

We value compassionate, reliable professionals who can communicate effectively with families and coordinate wraparound services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized service plans (ISPs).
• Conduct ABA therapy sessions.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services.
• Provide support and resources to clients and their families.
