Job summary

Therapeutic Alliance LLC in Centreville, Virginia, is seeking an ABA Technician to help children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (college degree preferred), experience with children having developmental disabilities, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The position offers flexible working hours up to 29 hours per week and a pathway for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus.
• At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized service plans (ISPs).
• Conduct ABA therapy sessions.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services.
• Provide support and resources to clients and their families.
