AKABA seeks an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to provide 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children with Autism (ASD) under the supervision of a BCBA. Sessions are typically 3–4 hours after school, at the client’s home, community, or AKABA center.
Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are provided where applicable. The role emphasizes building rapport locally and delivering data-driven interventions with a smaller caseload.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location
