Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in a related field.
• ABA recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
• RBT or BCAT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various tools.
• Build and maintain candidate networks through proactive sourcing.
