Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time role is ideal for students pursuing psychology, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training after hire. Candidates must complete the 40-hour RBT course and commit to at least six months, helping families and the clinical team improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
