Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites, starting part-time with paid training. No experience required; training includes 40-hour RBT course and a 6-month commitment.

Ideal for students or professionals in Education or related fields; opportunities to grow within ABA and healthcare support roles; flexible schedules and supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
