BK Behavior is seeking individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required, and full paid training is provided to start a rewarding career in autism support.

Positions start part-time with opportunities for advancement and flexible, afternoon/evening hours suitable for students. Completion of the 40-hour RBT course is required and a minimum six-month commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and pass required training.
• Patience, compassion, and remaining calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
