Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in homes and community settings. This role offers paid training to obtain RBT certification and ongoing support from an experienced clinical team. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to make a lasting impact.

Part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. You will contribute to skill-building programs, collect session data, and help families implement positive strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. RWBT certification training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
