Qualifications

• + 2 years of professional ABA experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or higher in a related field.
• Ability to work afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance.
• Must have reliable transportation and driver’s license for in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to meet goals.
• Train, supervise, and guide Behavior Interventionists.
• Conduct assessments and define target behaviors.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans across home, school, and community.
