Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to excellence in ABA.
• Current BCaBA certificate OR LABA license (or ability to apply).
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for diverse clients.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
