Action Behavior Centers in Illinois is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years, under supervision of a BCBA; role includes collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans, and allocating 8 hours per week for BDS modules.

The Rising Stars program offers guaranteed hours (32-40 hours/week for full-time staff), opportunities to become BCBA with competitive salary, bonuses

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited masters program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
