Job summary

ABC is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide center-based early intervention therapy for children ages 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under the guidance of a BCBA in a growth-focused environment.

The role includes a clear path for BCBA credential advancement, access to in-house CEUs and dedicated study time, and comprehensive benefits designed to support students through supervision hours

Qualifications

• Student Analyst must have accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and the team to uphold ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
