Action Behavior Centers in El Paso, TX seeks a Master’s level Student Analyst to join our Rising Stars program. If you are a BT or RBT accruing supervision hours, this center-based role provides hands-on early intervention experience under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans for children aged 18 months to 13 years, and prepare for the BACB exam within six months.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborating with BCBA and team to uphold ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
