Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Master’s level Student Analyst to support early intervention therapy in a center-based setting. You will collect data, develop individualized treatment plans, and work under a BCBA supervision track while collaborating with the ABC team focused on compassionate care.

The role requires enrollment in an accredited master’s program and completion of fieldwork hours with a clear path toward becoming a BCBA, including study groups, exams, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Enrollment in accredited master's program is required.
• Candidate must have completed 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Work with children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team aligned with ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
