Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a driven ABA Student Analyst (Master’s level) for a center-based program. You will provide early intervention therapy to children and collect data to drive individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

The role supports clinical growth with a structured pathway toward BCBA certification, includes supervision hours, and generous benefits for continued education and student loans.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst must have 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and the team.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
