Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Aurora, IL seeks a Master’s Level ABA Student Analyst to support early intervention services while accruing fieldwork hours. This Rising Stars program offers hands-on supervision, structured study groups, and pathways toward BCBA certification.

You will collect data, help develop individualized treatment plans for children aged 18 months to 13 years, and advance clinical skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
