Job summary

ABC is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide center-based early intervention therapy and data-driven treatment under BCBA supervision in Phoenix. You will work with young children aged 18 months to 13 years, collecting data and implementing tailored plans while advancing clinically under supervision.

Expect structured study groups, no-cost supervision hours, and a clear ladder to BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (18 months to 13 years).
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to uphold Compassionate Care values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
